Deputy Punched Woman Holding Baby During Traffic Stop: Sheriff

The Los Angeles Sheriff has released video of an incident in which he says a deputy punched a woman with a baby in her arms. The sheriff says it happened a year ago during a traffic stop in Palmdale. He says deputies discovered four women and three infant children in the car, but the children were all being held and were not in car seats. The sheriff says the deputies made the decision to arrest three women for felony child endangerment. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
