The Details Behind Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Royal Wedding

The long awaited union of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will occur in May 2018. The ceremony will take place in the 700-year-old St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, which is 25 miles from central London. The ornate gothic chapel offers a less spectacular setting than Westminster Abbey. The date avoids a potential clash with the April birth of William and Catherine’s third child, as well as Queen Elizabeth II's appearance at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London and Windsor.
