Flash Floods Kill 10 Pets Inside Doggie Day Care Center

A devastating flash flood overtook a doggie daycare center in Washington D.C., killing 10 pets. Panicked dog owners rushed to the scene to see if their beloved pet was okay. One by one, the wet dogs were carried to safety and some were even reunited with their owners. There was also heartbreak as owners burst into tears after learning their dogs passed away. Former Miss District of Columbia Shannon Lynch, whose mini Dachshund made it out alive, spoke with Inside Editon's Alison Hall.
