Did Cops Fail To Prevent This Mom From Being Stalked To Death?

The family of Florida mother Mary Gingles says her estranged husband, Nathan Gingles, stalked her for months before gunning her down. Nathan Gingles is also accused of killing Mary's father and an innocent neighbor that tried to protect Mary during his alleged rampage. Gingles has pleaded not guilty to the triple homicide and is awaiting trial where prosecutors say they may seek the death penalty. The local sheriff later admitted his department “failed” to protect Mary.
