It turns out that the accused doctor William Husel has a criminal past. He freely admitted his previous serious crimes to the state medical board of Ohio when he was seeking a medical license. Husel admitted to breaking into cars. He also admitted to building a pipe bomb. When he applied for an Ohio state medical license in 2012, Husel did not hide his notorious past. Now, he's charged in 25 murders for allegedly overprescribing opioids.
