November 10, 2022

The blockbuster movie "Jaws" may hold the key to a murder case. The remains of the “Lady of the Dunes” were discovered when a teenage girl was walking her dog on a beach in Provincetown, Massachusetts. The body was badly decomposed and found lying face down on a beach towel. Best-selling horror writer Joe Hill’s theory is that the victim was an extra in the iconic movie. "Jaws" was shot in Martha's Vineyard in May of 1974. Her body was found two months later about 100 miles away.
