Dog Owner Abandons French Bulldog in Baby Stroller at Pennsylvania Airport

An adorable French Bulldog was found alone in a baby stroller at Pittsburgh International Airport in Pennsylvania. Cops say a woman showed up at the airport with the dog and tried to board a plane to her destination. However, she did not have the required dog carrier, then she claimed that her pet was an emotional support dog, but was once again denied boarding. She ended up abandoning the dog in a parking garage and continued on with her travel plans.
