Dogs Adopted After Being Abandoned on the Side of California Road

A Rottweiler is the latest dog to be dumped along the side of a road in California, the animal rescue group Sierra Pacific Furbabies said. Founder David Loop said another dog was left, too. "I can't even fathom how people could just let a puppy out along the side of a busy road and take off,” he told KCBS. Officials in the county are now investigating and Loop has set up cameras to try to get answers himself.
