Driver Fails to Fight Off Carjacker Who Took Vehicle and Dog in Chicago: Cops

The Chicago Police are looking for a suspected carjacker who made off with an owner’s vehicle and their dog. Video from a gas station shows the harrowing incident. Cops say the owner left the dog in the vehicle while they got out of the car to get a package from an Amazon hub locker just feet away. When they turned around to put the package in the backseat through the window, they noticed someone in the driver’s seat. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
