Driver in Washington Car Chase Surrenders Once He Finds Himself in Flooded Waters

This car has nowhere to go but into the water. Deputies in King County, Washington, say a car chase began when a car-tracking device alerted them to a stolen vehicle. The suspects abandoned the car and then ran through a shopping center looking for other cars to steal, deputies say. The suspects then force a woman out of her car and then end up driving into a flooded roadway.
