These are unusual eco-friendly innovations. In 2022, Bartleby and Sage in New York created edible silverware for guests at their catered parties. Also in 2022, Jordanian food artist and molecular gastronomist Omar Sartawi created high-end and eco-friendly handbags made from oranges. In April of 2023, a Dutch company said it found the key to making death more eco-friendly: mushrooms. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
