Elementary School Students Surprised with New Backpacks

With the new school year underway, there's nothing kids need more than school supplies, so Inside Edition's Les Trent had a big surprise. Every student at W.B. Patterson Elementary School in Washington, D.C., received a brand new backpack. The Toy Insider stuffed each bag with toys and school supplies. Dr. Victorie Thomas-Gerald, the principal of the school, spoke with Inside Edition.
