Evelyn Boswell Would Have Turned 2 This Month as Mom Could Face Death Penalty

Little Evelyn Boswell would have turned two this month. Instead, her mother Megan is potentially facing the death penalty after being indicted over the summer on 19 charges in connection with the toddler's death, including two counts of felony murder. Evelyn's remains were found on a family member's Tennessee property in March, after an AMBER Alert was issued when her grandparents reported her missing, claiming they hadn't seen her for months.
