It's made from sparkling water with a splash of balsamic vinegar over ice but experts now say it should be called unhealthy Coke. The craze was started by a TikToker who said her Pilates instructor recommended the concoction as a healthier option than real Coke. But the American Dental Association now warns that frequent consumption of the concoction can cause tooth erosion.
