A family's anger was on display at a Cincinnati city council meeting. Their son, 16-year-old Kyle Plush, was killed in a freak accident in the back of a minivan. The public discussion was designed to help the family learn why police could not locate their son after he placed two 911 calls. The meeting took a turn when a council member said, "There's no amount of money that's going to make you happy." InsideEdition.com's Leigh Scheps (http://twitter.com/LeighTVReporter) has more.
