Thieves Who Stole $123 Million in Diamonds Get 6 Years in Prison

Five men, all members of the same family, have been convicted of stealing jewelry containing over 4,300 diamonds in Germany. Security footage showed masked people breaking into the Green Vault museum inside Dresden Castle in November of 2019. Security glass was shattered and the thieves made off with 21 pieces of 18th century jewelry and artifacts. The haul was valued at around $123 Million dollars.
