It’s a 30-year-old mystery - a family’s lost vacation video that went viral on TikTok. David Gutenmacher regularly scavenges through thrift stores looking for a cool vintage find. At a shop in Valley Stream, New York, he came across a videotape that showed a family on vacation in Africa, with images of a college student enjoying his time. Gutenmacher was determined to find who the tape belonged to, and posted it on TikTok. Amazingly, someone tracked down the young man, who’s now in his 50s.
