Family Thankful for Dad Battling Brain Cancer's Trip to Super Bowl
Navy veteran Steven Skinner, 56, always wanted to go to the Super Bowl with his family. After being diagnosed with incurable brain cancer called glioblastoma a little over a year ago, Steven underwent multiple rounds of radiation and surgery, his wife said. When doctors told the family Steven might not have much longer to live, his son decided to raise money to help get him to the Super Bowl. Then a stranger stepped in and offered to pay for the whole thing.
