Father Pleads Guilty To Murder After Toddler Dies In Hot Car

A father arrested after leaving his 2-year-old daughter in a hot car to die has pleaded guilty to her murder. Christopher Scholtes frantically called 911 after finding little Parker unresponsive on a hot day outside his home in Arizona. On a police bodycam, the dad told police he left his daughter in the car to nap. Prosecutors say he left the little girl in the car for more than three hours. His wife, who is a doctor, is the one who found Parker after arriving home.
