FBI Offers Reward for Arrest of Person Who Set Fire to Planned Parenthood Clinic

Police are asking for help identifying the person who set fire to a Planned Parenthood clinic in California. The Watsonville Police Department released surveillance video of the incident from July 20th. It appears to show a person in a hooded sweatshirt approach the building, pour an accelerant on cardboard and light it on fire. Cops say the fire caused moderate damage to the building.
