As rain finally descends in and around fire-devastated Los Angeles, there are new fears of mudslides and toxic rain runoff from fire-scorched neighborhoods. Health officials are warning the debris from burned houses may contain dangerous chemicals. There are also fears the runoff from the rain is contaminated.
