First Statue of Queen Elizabeth II Unveiled by King Charles III Since Her Death

The first of likely many statues of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was just unveiled by King Charles III. Queen Elizabeth’s likeness will forever stand outside York Minster Cathedral, looking down on what will now be called Queen Elizabeth Square. The statue is more than 6-and-a-half feet tall, much taller than Her Late Majesty was in real life, and weighs upwards of 2,200 pounds.
