Woman Survives 4 Days After Truck Falls Down Mountain

A woman survived crashing her truck 250 feet down to the bottom of a Southern California canyon and being stranded for 4 days. Chris Ayers told KCBS he was fishing in a creek nearby and followed the cries for help. Ayers got the attention of a Forest Service truck. They sent the rescue crews. The driver told authorities she swerved to avoid hitting a deer, then ended up in the canyon with no cellphone reception and a head injury.
