Driver in Halloween Costume Runs Over Sleeping Man: Cops

A Jeep Wrangler ran over a man sleeping on the ground. Police in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, say it happened after Halloween. Three people in costume could be seen walking to the parked car. One of them is believed to be the driver. They all got into the vehicle, and drove away. Investigators say the man, who was sleeping in front of the car, was homeless. He was pronounced dead.
