Florida Man Allegedly Strangles Police Dog and Girlfriend

Deputies say a Florida man suspected of strangling and stabbing his live-in girlfriend tried to choke a K9 officer. Indian River County Sheriff’s office released bodycam footage from the arrest of Bobby Dean Martin. Deputies say Martin ”refused multiple commands and attempted to flee” but was located by a K9 named Mako. According to authorities, Martin tried to strangle the dog. Bobby Dean Martin was arrested and faces several charges.
