14-Year-Old Wins National Spelling Bee With 'Psammophile'

Dev Shah is this year's Scripps National Spelling Bee champion. The Florida teen snagged the trophy by spelling "psammophile." The 14-year-old prepared by studying 6,000 words a day on a computer program. After his victory, Shah made the rounds of the morning shows. "TODAY" anchor Craig Melvin sheepishly shared that he misspelled “license” when he was a kid participating in a local competition. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian spoke with the spelling bee champion.
