Florida Woman Helps Rescue Pig Inside Hot Car

A young woman was outraged after finding a pig locked inside a scorching hot car. Miranda Lamendola found the pig in the parking lot of a shopping mall in Jacksonville, Florida. The temperature was very hot that day, so the 25-year-old said she called 911 for help. She said an officer eventually broke the car window and pulled the pig to safety. The car's owner was arrested for animal cruelty, and Animal Care and Protective Services now has custody of the pig.
