Our nation’s food banks have been hit hard since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, but new issues are arising that are preventing them from catching up with demand in time for Thanksgiving. One problem is the rising cost of food due to supply chain problems. While these organizations are hoping prices will stabilize, they say they’re having to make adjustments without sacrificing services. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
