Former U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman's cause of death was due to complications from a fall at his brother-in-law's house in New York. According to the CDC, about 36 million senior citizens fall each year with 32,000 of them dying. Donald Trump's first wife died when she fell down the grand marble staircase inside her townhouse.
