The Fox News analyst who seemed to be slightly intoxicated during coverage of Saturday's military parade is speaking out. Rebekah Koffler went viral for her enthusiastic appraisal of the parade. Before she went on air, she admitted toasting the troops. Fox hosts pulled the plug after just a minute as she started slurring her words. Koffler tells Inside Edition, "The rumors circulating on social media are false. My interview was cut short… due to intermittent internet connection from my home."
