'Freedom Plane' Model Breaks During Announcement

A model of a Boeing jet suffered a catastrophic failure during a public event. Officials with the National Archives Museum were sharing news of the upcoming Freedom Plane National Tour. They unveiled the model of the plane – the one that will carry those founding documents – to applause, and held it up for all to see. Then, disaster struck, as the plane's wing fell off. The actual Freedom Plane will visit eight cities across the country, from March through August of this year.
