'French Spider-Man' Arrested After Scaling Skyscraper in Germany

Alain Robert is known as the "French Spider-Man." The daredevil has scaled some of the world's tallest buildings, including those in London, Malaysia and Dubai. For his latest feat, he scaled a building in Germany without any harnesses or other safety equipment, just climbing shoes. As InsideEdition.com's Stephanie Officer reports, not only was he missing a harness, he was also missing permission.
