‘Friends’ Sofa Stuck in the Stairs Could Have Used Help From the Couch Doctor

The “Friends” episode in which Ross enlists his friends Rachel and Chandler to move a sofa up the stairs into his apartment first aired in 1999, but is getting renewed interest on social media after the release of “Friends: The Reunion.” Sitara Hirj, a New York resident, had the same problem.
