Frogs, Lizards and Other Weird Stuff People Have Found in Their Food

Sometimes our food orders come with a little something “extra.” Take Rick Antosh, who was dining at the Oyster Bar in New York City’s Grand Central Station. He found a pearl in his oyster. Becky Garfinkel got a salad from a department store and found a little frog nestled among the greens. She and her husband named it Lucky, and kept the fortunate amphibian as a pet. And a lizard in New Jersey found its way from cold salad greens to becoming a kindergarten class mascot.
