Gabby Petito Autopsy Will Look for Signs of Blunt Force or Trauma

Determining how Gabby Petito died will likely be a challenge given the amount of time that has passed. Though the FBI announced the discovery of human remains that resembled Petito’s description in Grand Teton National Park, the 22-year-old has not been seen since August 25. The remains were found in a remote camping area and were likely exposed to the elements, including intense heat and animals. The coroner will likely do a full workup, looking for traces of evidence as to how she died.
