As peaceful protests continue across the country, George Floyd’s brother testified before the House Judiciary Committee today. In his powerful address to Congress, Philonise Floyd asked, “is that what a black man’s life is worth, $20?” The speech came just one day after a decorated homegoing celebration in Houston, where George Floyd was laid to final rest beside his mother. Also, NYPD have released new videos of Macy’s being looted in hopes that the public will help identify looters.
