Taylor Fealy jumps up and down and squeals with excitement right before her boyfriend, Hasika Wijegunawardana, pops the big question. The couple, who live in Washington D.C. met in college back in 2012. Hasika had the idea to set up an art gallery where they met at Davis & Elkins College.
