Good Samaritan Helps North Carolina Police Officer Save Driver in Burning Truck

A hero cop and a good Samaritan rescued a truck driver after the vehicle slammed right into a concrete barrier. Inside Edition spoke to the hero lieutenant who has no regrets about putting his life on the line. "I was in the truck saying to myself, either I’m going to die in the truck with him, or I got to get him out of here ASAP," says Lt. Corey Brooks. Unfortunately, the good Samaritan left before anyone could take her name and thank her.
