The youngest of Charles Manson's cult followers will remain behind bars, despite a California parole board recommending her for release. Leslie Van Houten was only 19 when she participated in the killing of Rosemary LaBianca. She claimed that she and the others involved in the brutal crime were under Manson's influence.
