Grief Author's Lover Breaks Down During Testimony At Her Murder Trial

The boyfriend of the author who wrote a book about dealing with grief after she allegedly poisoned her husband broke down on the stand. Prosecutors say Kouri Richins was having an affair with her handyman, Robert Josh Grossman. Richins sat stone-faced in the Utah courtroom. She is accused of spiking her husband's cocktail with fentanyl. Grossman testified that Richins asked him about his military service in Iraq and if he ever killed anyone.
