Halloween Grinch Punches Caught On Camera Punching Decorations

A jogger ran past a front yard display in Salinas, California, and punched one of the witch decorations. She ran off back to her jog, but she returned once again and punched out the other two witches. Could there be a misunderstanding? Video from a few days earlier appeared to show the same woman punching the decorations. Tonya Sampognaro put up the hand-made witches. She spoke with Inside Edition.
