Halloween Trick-or-Treating Is Banned in Los Angeles

Los Angeles health officials announced that they have put a ban on trick-or-treating due to the ongoing pandemic, and that haunted houses and themed parties are also disallowed. But around the country, the spirit of Halloween is alive and well, with 70% of moms saying they plan to celebrate in some way, while 46% say they will send their kids trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. Experts say that if you want to give out treats, try leaving individually wrapped goodie bags outside for kids.
