Harvey Weinstein Said He Feels ‘Not So Good’ on 1st Day of Trial

Scorned Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein was charged with rape and sexual assault in Los Angeles Monday, the same day his sex crimes trial in New York got underway. The L.A. charges stem from alleged attacks in separate incidents that took place over a two-day period in 2013, authorities said. "We believe the evidence will show that the defendant used his power and influence to gain access to his victims and then commit violent crimes against them," the L.A. County district attorney said.
