Hero Neighbor Rescues Family From House Fire

A neighbor named Josh came to the rescue as a house was up in flames and made sure everyone made it out. A mother fled for her life with her baby in her arms. Her husband also ran out of the house. The family and Josh stood on the sidewalk and watched as the house burned. Everyone in the house, including the family's corgi, in Toms River, New Jersey made it out of the home safely. The homeowner says he and his family owe their lives to the hero neighbor.
