Hero Sergeant Saves Choking 2-Year-Old 23 Seconds After 911 Call

Sergeant Michael Lazarine raced to the scene of a choking 2-year-old at a Taco Bell. Little Addie was choking on her favorite toy, a tiny plastic octopus modeled after the character Pearl from the movie "Finding Nemo." It took Sergeant Lazarine 23 seconds to make it to the scene and save Addie's life. Inside Edition met the hero sergeant, who had just recently gotten a refresher on the child Heimlich maneuver.
