Presley Ryan, 16, went from understudy to leading lady Lydia Deetz of “Beetlejuice” on Broadway to being self-quarantined, all within two weeks. Before Broadway closed its doors, Presley spent the day going to school, dance class, physical therapy and the grocery before what was the last performance of “Beetlejuice” at the Winter Garden Theatre.
