Back-to-school day was met with a big production at Philadelphia's Stearne Elementary School. Officials there literally rolled out the red carpet for students. But it was one community organizer's idea to have parents line it to cheer children on. Crying because he was scared to enter, Ian, a new sixth grader, needed a little extra boost.
