How Backpack Kid Is Celebrating His 17th Birthday

It's Backpack Kid's 17th birthday! Russell Horning is celebrating with a test at school. The teen's new music video was also released on his big day. It's called "Drip on Boat" and the video spoofs the 2004 film, "Napoleon Dynamite." It's part of his first album, "SwagPack Kid."
