After the September 11 attacks, the world was in a state of shock, and some thought we might never laugh again. “Can we be funny?” was the question Saturday Night Live executive producer Lorne Michaels famously asked New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Chris Kattan was a cast member on the famous sketch show that season, and is part of a new documentary on VICE, “Too Soon: Comedy After 9/11.” He spoke to Inside Edition about how hard it was to feel funny in the weeks following the attacks.
