How Dallas Synagogue Hostages Escaped After 11-Hour Standoff

A brave rabbi threw a chair at a terrorist who was holding him and members of his congregation hostage at their Texas synagogue in what turned out to be an 11-hour standoff with authorities. Malik Faisal Akram, 44, made his way into the Congregation Beth Israel and took three hostages. Rabbi Charlie Citron-Walker tells Inside Edition that he made sure the two other hostages with him were ready to go when he threw a chair at the gunman and they all made a break for the nearest exit door.
